About Me

Loving husband to my high school sweetheart Rachelle.  I have two wonderful daughters Katelyn and Megan.  Served honorably in the US Army for 22 years, and proud patriot.  I earned my Masters Degree in Public Administration, and I have been serving as a Workforce Development Specialist and Career Advisor for over 10 years.  

I enjoy riding my motorcycle with my wife, listening to science fiction audio books, and playing video games like Massive Multiplayer Online Games.  I also enjoy listening to all types of music on vinyl, which includes classic rock, contemporary rock, metal, country, and musicals.  

I look forward every spring to watch the Arizona Diamond Backs play baseball.  I love to cook, and try all types of cuisine that I see on tv.  I really love body art and tattoos, and several myself.  Most of all my favorite thing is to spend time with my family.  

I started my professional career in Workforce Development after transitioning out of the military into the civilian job market in 2012.  I served four years as a Veteran Employment Advocate for the State of Arizona.  After my time with the state, I became the One Stop Operator for an American Job Center for Pinal County, Arizona.  I served two years in that role, and then became a Career Development Specialist for Goodwill.  I am currently serving as a Career Advisor for the University of Phoenix, where I assist students and alumni find meaningful careers.  

I served in the United States Army for 22 years.  My first occupation was a Combat Engineer, where I was deployed to Kuwait in 1997.  In 2000 I changed my military occupation to an Army Recruiter, where I was stationed at Ft. Drum, NY.  I retired from the service in 2012 out of Ft. Huachuca, AZ.
